We sell timed tickets by the hour. This does not mean you will enter right at the top of the time slot you purchase. For example, if you buy an 8 pm ticket, that means we will try and get you in sometime between 8 and 9 pm. On busy nights, however, that is very difficult to do. The time slots are established to mitigate extended wait times, but you will very likely be there later than your times slot, maybe a lot later. Especially on a Saturday, or the closer you get to Halloween. We do our best to get everyone in as efficiently as possible, but the slightest variation adds incremental time, and all of a sudden we are behind.

When you go to buy a VIP ticket you will notice that there is only one time slot. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO! That is the beginning of the evening, so you are buying a ticket for that night. VIP allows you to skip the line and come at any point in the night, as long as it is at least an hour before the scheduled close of the evening.

ALERT! The schedule above has changed. We are canceling Sunday 11/5. Our final night is Saturday, 11/4. Also, because of the drops in temperature, we are also shortening 11/3 and 11/4 to 6-9 pm.
